ESSENTIALs (Events-and-Ents.scot) - provide equipment and services to the events & entertainment industry. Everything from the hire of a single microphone to a full production. Our hire department is stocked with a variety of PA/Sound Systems, from small single box battery operated to large concert/club rigs. We have wireless microphones, DJ & band gear (backline amps/drum kits etc), presentation hardware (projectors, screens etc). We can provide equipment on dry hire (DIY) self collection/return basis or with experienced crew, delivery & collection. Our sales/service shop 'The Gig Bag', located in centre of Barrhead East renfrewshire is stocked with all manner of industry essentials, such as, Guitar strings, leads, straps, picks, capos, bottlenecks, pick-ups etc; Stands for mics, music, guitars, amps; Drum heads, sticks & hardware; Gaffa tape, batteries, mains cords & boards/reels etc; All sorts of problem solver adaptors & cables: We also repair audio equipment.
DJ roadshows for all type & size of events. We can supply Dj to cater for any style of music & provide the equipment suitable for any size of venue.

PA system hire:- small vocal easy carry DIY set ups to full large scale event rigs with experienced operators. Systems suitable for function djs, live music, clubs, small presentations and large conferences/exhibitions. Indoor or outdoor, we have systems to suit most type & size event.
Individual item hire:- We have a large and varied stock of items such as wireless microphones, walkie-talkie radios, amplifiers, drum kits, effects lighting, smoke machines, dj decks (vynal & cd), mixers, LCD projectors & screens etc.
